FTC guidelines require bloggers to disclose any relationship with an advertiser and to make “verifiable” claims. The following disclosure policy specifically explains BOREDinDE’s stance on advertising, sponsorships, and affiliate marketing.

This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. We are never paid for reviews. We do not accept money to review a product or service. We invest our own time to review and test products and visit venues. We pay all production costs for any audio/video created regarding products or venues we review. If we create a link to a product, venue or service in a review, sometimes we may get paid a commission if you purchase the product, service or visit the venue. These links are included after posts are written, and posts are never composed for the purpose of including advertising.

No advertiser will ever influence the content, topics or posts made on this website.
